We want you to love your Vibe Kayaks apparel as much as the water; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all clothing items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure faster processing.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
